Spring Lake Apartments

Completed in the summer of 2004. The Spring Lake Apartment Complex replaced two existing dilapidated migrant worker buildings. There are now three new apartment buildings and a community building on the property.

These buildings house thirteen 2, 3, and 4-bedroom units which were built primarily for families who receive the majority of their income from agriculture labor. An on-site laundry facility is available for all tenants. All of the utilities are included in the rent amount. Rental subsidy for this program is provided by USDA.

True North, LLC owns 82 units in Lindon, Orem, Springville and Spanish Fork. These duplexes have 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms. All of these units have washer/dryer hook-ups. Rents range from $600.00 to $1,215.00; deposits range from $250 – $450. Contact HAUC for current availability.
